Resurrection

she was lost in eigengrau
and darkness was all she saw
she held on to nothing
yet believed it was something
a fool she had been
believing on what was unseen
blinded with what’s unreal
this fiction’s left to be revealed
with eyes tearstreaked red
tis sadness what made her bled

sorry a new post took awhile. i just got back from a writer’s block.
its good to be back. :)

Everything’s Going to be All Right

Just tell me everything’s going to be all right;
that the bed bugs won’t bite and ghosts won’t come tonight,
that they won’t haunt me in my dreams
because its dreams all I have left, so it seems.

Just tell me everything’s going to be all right;
that in this cold night you’ll hold me tight,
so that I won’t feel so alone and oh so sad
because being with you is the best I’ve ever had.

Just tell me everything’s going to be all right;
that I’ll hear your voice through the night,
singing me lullabies to keep the sadness away
and that happiness is here to stay.

Just tell me everything’s going to be all right
so that I don’t keep putting up a fight.
I’ll put on a strong front instead,
and smile at them as if everything’s been said.

Just tell me everything’s going to be all right,
because right now, it’s all that I need.

The Unpredictable

I first saw you in June,
and I got infatuated too soon.
But then in July I changed my mind
maybe there’ll be someone better whom I’ll find.
August, September just came by,
which only proved that time can fly.
October arrived and the weather changed
time came for my thoughts to be arranged.
In November there was no time to spare
for it was then I realized, for you, I had my heart to share.
And now it’s December,
right before you, I’m saying the words I hope you’ll remember.
